Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Calecute Technologies LLC ("we") for using Voffer. By using Voffer you accept them.

1. What Voffer is

Voffer lets firms publish offers and lets customers reserve them. The firm sells to you, not us. You pay the firm directly at redemption, and the firm is responsible for the goods or service, its price and its quality.

2. Accounts

You must be 13 or over, and 18 or over to run a firm account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. For firms

• Post only real offers you can honour, at the price and stock you state, until the offer expires or sells out.
• Honour every valid code shown before expiry, at the offer price.
• Follow consumer, food-safety and pricing laws. "Usual price" must be a price you genuinely charge.
• Your shop details and offers are public. Use only photos you have the right to use.

4. For customers

A reservation holds the units for you; pay at the shop when you redeem. Don't reserve stock you don't mean to collect. If a firm refuses a valid code, tell us.

5. Removing content

We may remove offers or suspend accounts that are misleading, illegal, or break these terms.

6. Liability

Voffer is provided as it is, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what firms sell, or for disputes between firms and customers.

7. Ending, changes and law

You can delete your account at any time. We may update these terms and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have jurisdiction. Questions: info@calecutech.com.
