Delete your account
You can delete your Voffer account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
Ask us by email
If you can no longer open the app, or prefer not to, email us and we will delete the account for you.
- Write to info@calecutech.com with the subject "Voffer account deletion".
- Include the email address you signed up with, so we can find the right account.
- We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, email, password and display name.
- For firms: your shop, offers, photos and logo.
- Your follows, alerts and device tokens.
What we keep, and why
Records of orders that were reserved or redeemed are kept for up to 3 years with your name removed, so the other side of each order keeps an accurate record, and then deleted.
Delete some data without closing the account
Firms can delete individual offers at any time, and anyone can unfollow a shop.
