How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Billing in Doplando and cancel. It stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
I'm not getting reminders.
Check Settings for your reminder channels. For push, allow notifications for Doplando on your phone. For WhatsApp, check your number.
How do I invite my team?
Create an office, then use Invite to send links by email.
Are credits refundable?
Credits are not refundable except where the law requires. If an AI action fails, its credits are returned automatically.
How do I move a task to another office?
Open the task and change its office or project.
