Delete your account
You can delete your Doplando account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
Ask us by email
If you can no longer open the app, or prefer not to, email us and we will delete the account for you.
- Write to info@calecutech.com with the subject "Doplando account deletion".
- Include the Google email address you sign in with, so we can find the right account.
- We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and Google profile details (name, email, photo).
- Your tasks, notes, ideas, meetings, meeting notes and other personal workspace data.
- Your messages, reminder settings, WhatsApp number, Telegram link and device notification tokens.
- Files you uploaded.
- If you own an office: the office and its data, after we confirm with you, since it affects its other members.
What we keep, and why
Billing records (plan, amount, date and payment reference) are kept for 8 years, as tax law requires. Stripe and Razorpay keep their own payment records under their policies. Content you posted in an office you don't own stays with that office, shown without your name.
Delete some data without closing the account
You can delete individual tasks, notes and other items in the app at any time without closing your account.
