Delete your account

How to request deletion

Email info@calecutech.com from the address registered on the account, with the subject “Delete my Recallio: BEE Energy Auditor account”. Include the Google account you sign in with, so we can identify the account.

You do not need the app installed to make this request.

What happens next

We verify the request is genuinely from the account holder, then delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your settings: papers, exam date, study times and language
• Your entire study record — every card's schedule and every rating

What is kept, and why

Which papers you unlocked, and the Google Play order id or coupon behind each, are kept as a purchase record so a paper you paid for is never lost. Nothing identifying your study is kept. Your Google sign-in itself is shared with other Calecute Recallio apps; to remove it as well, write to us from that address.
